2026 SCHEDULE

The Miss Okra Strut Pageant returns to Irmo on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the Center for Fine Arts at Irmo High International School for the Arts!

Join us as 90 contestants take the stage to compete for the coveted crown. We are thrilled to welcome WLTX’s Erika Glover as our emcee for the day.

The morning competition kicks off at 10 a.m., with the afternoon competition starting at 3 p.m. Admission is $10 at the door (accepted payment is cash, Venmo, or Paypal).

Come support our contestants and be a part of this beloved community tradition! For those attending, please bring a new stuffed animal for Adaline's Animals, a community service initiative providing stuffed animals to children's homes.

The Lexington Health Irmo Okra Strut Parade will begin at 9:00 am on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at CrossRoads Intermediate and proceed down Saint Andrews Road to Lake Murray Boulevard (ending near Irmo Elementary School). Attendees, please plan to arrive early as St. Andrews Rd will shut down to traffic at 8:45 a.m. Parade participants, please read our Parade Rules & Guidelines.
