Join the Legacy: It Takes a Village to Strut

The Lexington Health Irmo Okra Strut is more than just a festival; it’s a celebration of the heart and soul of our town. For more than 50 years, this event has thrived because of the passion, energy, and dedication of people like you. Whether you are serving up local flavors, showcasing your craft, marching in the parade, or giving your time as a volunteer, you are the reason our community shines.

Be a part of the tradition and help us make the 2026 Lexington Health Irmo Okra Strut our best year yet!
